| EATING: Did you know that there are 2 pounds of dead skin on you right now!!?! Thats right! 2 POUNDS! ...if you're underweight or in starvation mode your body does not "shed" its skin the way it should. It holds on to it. Use an exfoliator for your face, and a loofah brush or scrub for your body. EXERCISE: If you have a dog take it for plenty of walks! It's one of the easiest ways to exercise obsessivly without your parents getting too suspicious. If you don't have an animal, however, maybe dog-sit or walk over to a friends house. THINSPO:

If you're not wanting to just jump into a fast, which by all means you should, just lower your calorie intake day by day until you get down to where you're drinking way more liquids that you're consuming solid foods. Then incoorporate the juice and all the water into your diet until you're comfortable with no food and only juice and water. You should start on a part of the week where your calorie intake is the lowest because it'll be when you're the least hungry.
